WHY HOLM?
HOLM is a blend of Home (HO) and La Maison (LM), England and Quebec. The name is inspired by being fortunate enough to have traveled and lived in many parts of the world to finally, together, call the beautiful town of Revelstoke, home.
At Holm, we believe in the magic of a cup of coffee and it's impact on all parts of the supply chain. We're committed to high-quality and in working only with trusted suppliers to purchase our green beans. We want to provide our customers with a varied coffee experience by offering comforting and more experimental coffees with detailed information on each of them.

Process: Bar manager > Skateboard Coach > Whisky enthusiast > Coffee Roaster.
Prominent Notes: Friendly, creative, chatty and passionate about flavour.
When starting this business, Simon also reconnected with his passion for graffiti which led him to come up with all of the brand's art work and graphic design.
IZZY LAMOUREUX - FOUNDER - COFFEE ROASTER
Origin: Montréal, Québec, Canada
Process: Sommelier > Head bartender > Lodge Manager > Coffee Enthusiast > Coffee Roaster.
Prominent Notes: Charismatic, driven, easy going and organized.
Whilst Simon is often day dreaming about flavors, art or skateboarding, Izzy is keeping the business in check by being the mind behind most logistic and organization, as well as social media and communication.
