The Ethiopian coffee is harvested by small lot holders within the Buku Sayasa community, part of the Hambela district in the Guji Zone. It is Naturally process by a station owned by an independant processor & exporter called EDN Ethiopian Coffee Export PLC. This natural coffee brings a ton of sweet red fruits and creaminess. The Peruvian coffee is from a collective of farmers who organize under the name Finca El Morito. It brings lovely structure, cocoa & fruits. Drink great black as filter or espresso but also works great with milk. Enjoy!
