The Ethiopian part of this blend is from small lot holders within the Deri Kidame community of the Guji Zone. It is of Natural process, bringing a ton of sweet red fruits and clean chocolate flavors. The Peruvian coffee comes from a co-op named Narandino, based in Southern Peru. It brings a big structure, cacao & black fruits. Drink great black as filter or espresso but also works great with milk. Enjoy!
