Roberto-Rene-Gonzáles provides this micro-lot from the farm 'Finca LiquidAmbar' in la Paz, Honduras. The Peruvian coffee is from the co-op 'Narandino' who supports smaller co-ops within northern Peru. These co-ops work with family farms that practice organic farming methods, whilst also growing multiple other crops and shade trees to ensure a more bio-diverse land.
