This blend comes from 15 farmers in the Gakenke District. Their coffees are washed at Muzo washing station nestled into rolling hills in the heart of Rwanda. Due to the higher temperatures, and lower rainfall, Gakenke region is known for producing incredibly sweet & fruity coffees. Emmanuel, Muzo station manager, pays the farmers premiums up to 80% over the national farmgate in order to encourage producers to sell to his station.
