Diana Quinayas was born and raised in the Los Robles, in an environment where coffee and sugarcane were more than just crops, they were part of everyday life, family history and the identity of her community. being a woman was never an excuse to stay on the sidelines; on the contrary, it was her driving force to demonstrate that the countryside is also the territory of strong, hardworking women. At age 13, her father, Don Orlando, gave her and her siblings a plot of land with coffee trees to work on. With this decision, he not only gave them an inheritance, but also a lesson in independence and responsibility. Today, we drink that gorgeous Pink Bourbon, a labor of love.
