The vast majority of producers involved in this blend manage very small plots of land, resulting in a tiny amount of coffee production (19-20kg), This type of quantity makes it impossible to mill and export on its own. Thanks to Monkaaba group, who helps bring light to small holders in the San Agustín area by creating high quality regional blends that are sold in the specialty coffee market with traceability to the farm level, bringing better earnings for the farmers, growth opportunities and sustainable relationships with the coffee buyers.
