This beautiful certified organic coffee comes from nearly 850 farmers from Werka village, in Ethiopia. Each farmer cultivates 2-5 hectares of coffee, managing and picking their own crops before transporting them to the Nensebo washing station. After undergoing quality check, coffee cherries are spread on raised beds to dry with constant rotation to ensure even drying, this process typically last 15-18 days.
